XAIO Payroll

The split, every payday.

One gross figure, three destinations: net to the bank, PAYG withheld, super on top. XAIO works out all three the moment the pay run posts, and gives the super contribution its own due date.

A real pay run in XAIO Payroll. PAYG, super and payslips calculated from ATO schedules

One pay run, two ledgers

The split happens once, then two things watch it.

The payslip is the split: net to the bank, PAYG withheld, super on top of gross, never carved out of it. The super guarantee then gets its own line in an obligation ledger, a due date seven business days from payday, skipping weekends and your own state’s public holidays.

FAQ

XAIO Payroll, answered.

Can I run payroll in XAIO today?

Pay runs, PAYG withholding, superannuation and payslips are built in with ATO tax schedules. STP Phase 2 lodgement to the ATO launches with our ATO Digital Service Provider registration, which is in progress, register your interest and we will notify you the moment it is live.

How does XAIO handle Payday Super?

Super is calculated with every pay run and queued inside the seven-day window that applies from 1 July 2026, see our Payday Super hub for the plain-English guide and due-date calculator.

How are Tax File Numbers protected?

TFNs are encrypted at the application layer (AES-256), stored as ciphertext, masked in the interface, and used only for payroll and tax-reporting purposes, never for identification or marketing.

Run the split. Let the deadline take care of itself.
