Partner tiers

Every approved practice starts as Registered. Tiers are based on your number of active client organisations on XAIO, no forms, no renegotiation, the discount just steps up.

Prices verified August 2026; vendors change pricing (Xero each 1 July, MYOB each 1 March). XAIO prices in AUD incl. GST. Partner tiers and discounts are set by XAIO and may evolve. Your console always shows your live tier.

How the programme works

1. Register your practice

Tell us about your practice below, including your practitioner type and registration or membership number, or, if you already use XAIO, apply directly from the suite under Practice → Partner Program.

2. The founder reviews you

The founder checks every application by hand, including checking the registration or membership number you provide against the relevant public register (the TPB register for tax and BAS agents). There is no automated or instant verification, real practices only, reviewed by a person, protects you, your clients, and the platform.

3. Free practice access

Approved partners run their own practice on XAIO free of charge, the full suite, not a cut-down version.

4. Grow your tier

Add client organisations and buy their subscriptions at your wholesale discount. You bill your clients directly and keep the margin, and your tier climbs automatically with your active client count.
