Cookie Policy

Effective date: 10 June 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies XAIO uses, and how you can manage them.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device; “local storage” is a similar browser mechanism. They let a site remember things between requests, for example, that you are signed in. This policy explains what XAIO uses today.

2. What XAIO uses today

XAIO currently uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage, the items needed to sign you in and keep the site secure. We do not currently use analytics or advertising/marketing cookies.

NameProviderPurposeDurationType
Authentication & sessionSupabase (on behalf of XAIO)Keeps you securely signed in and maintains your session.Session / until you sign out or the token expiresStrictly necessary
xaio_trusted_deviceXAIO (browser local storage)Remembers a device you have verified so you are not asked for two-factor authentication every time.Until you clear it or it expiresStrictly necessary
xaio_cookie_consentXAIO (browser local storage)Records your cookie preferences and the date/version of your choice so we do not ask again unnecessarily.Until you clear it or the policy version changesStrictly necessary

This marketing website itself sets no cookies: it uses a small piece of session storage to remember that a number animation has already played. The items above apply when you sign in to the XAIO platform.

3. Third-party requests

Our pages self-host their web fonts and scripts, no font or analytics requests go to third parties, and we do not use Google Analytics or any advertising tags.

5. Changes to this policy

If we introduce new cookies or trackers, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
